Zenduty

The Zenduty + Honeycomb integration uses Honeycomb Triggers to create Zenduty Alerts/Incidents. Zenduty manages your incident lifecycle and routes alerts to the right on-call user via multiple channels, like Slack, MS Teams, SMS, phone call, Android, and iOS push notifications.

This integration is maintained by Zenduty.

How it works

You can add the Honeycomb integration to services managed in Zenduty. The configuration step within Zenduty generates a webhook destination URL, which you then supply when configuring a Honeycomb Trigger. When the Trigger fires, Zenduty alerts the appropriate team using on-call schedules and several communication channels. You can also use Zenduty Alert Rules to custom route specific Honeycomb alerts to specific users, teams or escalation policies, write suppression rules, and automatically add notes, responders, or incident tasks. When the condition that triggered the alerts returns to normal levels, Zenduty will auto-resolve the incident.
