As an Engineering Manager I coach teams of engineers who are passionate about solving real problems for our customers. I believe in creating a culture of psychological safety, trust, and support for my team, where they can take risks, experiment, and grow their skills. After hours, you can find me on hikes around Mount Saint Helens, crocheting, or reading non-fiction of any kind.
