Hazel Weakly is a systems thinker who takes on hard socio-technical problems, and she writes and speaks about improving collaboration and understanding inside complex systems. Matt Klein is a long-time systems engineer who created Envoy and is now CTO of bitdrift, which builds mobile observability tooling.
