Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute

Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) offers the broadest and deepest compute platform, with over 500 instances and choice of the latest processor, storage, networking, operating system, and purchase model to help you best match the needs of your workload.

Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud publishes metrics to CloudWatch. Using Honeycomb’s AWS integrations, you can send those metrics to Honeycomb.

How it works

AWS CloudWatch provides Metric Streams, which forward all metrics captured to third-party destinations. Metrics are streamed to Honeycomb using AWS Kinesis Data Firehose.

AWS CloudWatch Metrics Streams are sent to AWS Kinesis, which uses a Kinesis Data Firehose to send that data to Honeycomb in OTLP format.
