Daniel Worku of StarSling explains how his team builds background agents that improve customers’ CI/CD, verified by A/B tests on real runners. He sees an agent’s trajectory as the new trace, and manages agents the way he’d manage people. He picked Honeycomb’s MCP for its query speed, builds his own skills on top of Honeycomb’s, and already runs an agent that triages Honeycomb alerts in Slack.
