Tanya is an accomplished technical leader and polyglot full-stack software engineer with extensive experience in building highly available distributed cloud-based systems. After many years of working across different technology stacks both in Unix and Microsoft ecosystems she has learned that no technology on its own is the key to success. She believes that humans and awesome teams using technology (or not!) make magic happen.
