Manny has more than fifteen years of experience in building and leading customer success and go-to-market initiatives for start-up companies with a focus on cloud native infrastructure and financial services technologies. In his most recent role, Manny built and scaled the Customer Success team at Pivotal. Manny is extremely curious, and a lifelong tinkerer. When he's not heads down in the software world, he's typically refining his understanding of the minutiae of his latest "hobby." Past and present obsessions have included espresso, cycling, motorcycles, cabinetry, and guitars among many others. He's also a happy husband and dad to three kiddos.
